Without product minded leaders in Web 3, Web 3 will not scale, and may not realize true utility. Many current web 3 startups think they can build without product management expertise (based on the teams configuration). I understand they can build and iterate fast with a small team of devs, but I think many times the team misses crucial components a product person can add. A product leader focuses on delivering realized value to customers, something that many Web 3 projects lack... The focus on utility over vanity. More product thinking = more value for Web 3 imo
